State Representative Adam Brown was pleased with many of the talking points of Governor Bruce Rauner during his State of the State address Wednesday, but felt the governor missed the mark in one area.
Rep. Brown says he appreciated his call for term limits and remapping reforms, but he felt he should have addressed the budget.
