Beau Evans, 29, Bloomington, was issued a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle. Evans was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Michael Tedrick, 35, Lincoln, was issued citations for Improper Lane Usage, Violation of Classification – No Class M License and Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Investigation into the scene of the accident which occurred at approximately 1752 on Thursday June 16, 2011, revealed that the vehicle driven by Tedrick turned south onto Johnston Street from Howard Street in Kenney. Tedrick accelerated too hard, left the roadway into some gravel causing him to lose control. Seeing he was going to hit a tree and was entering the grass, Tedrick laid the motorcycle on its side and struck the tree. Tedrick refused treatment. Tedrick posted his IL Drivers License as bond and was released.

Dennis Jackson, 45, Jacksonville, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant and a Cass County Warrant charging with Failure to Appear. Jackson being un-able to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County jail.
