The Farm Bureau Foundation also helps equip leaders for the next generation. The Farm Bureau has a program called Ag Leaders for Tomorrow, and kids that take part in that program go to different classes and seminars to learn leadership skills and partake in leadership training. The Foundation helps pay for some of the costs associated with those classes.
