A Decatur man is behind bars for allegedly operating a meth lab out of his garage.  Justin Gulick is accused of manufacturing meth after police discovered more than 600 grams of the drug in his backyard garage.  He was arrested and charged for the crime but he says police have the wrong man.  Gulick says he knew what was going on but he isn't the person responsible for cooking up the meth.  Despite his claim of innocence, his bail has been set at 100-thousand dollars.
