Maurice Krause, 67, Lincoln, was issued a citation for speeding (71 mph in a 55 mph zone). Krause posted his Illinois Driver’s License as bond and was released.

 

Paul Buckles, 72, Clinton, was issued a citation for speeding (72 mph in a 55 mph zone). Buckles posted his Illinois Driver’s License as bond and was released.

 

Investigation into the scene of an accident, which occurred at approximately 01:02 a.m. on Sunday, September 4, 2011, revealed that a vehicle driven by Curtis Short, 48, Kenney struck a vehicle that was illegally parked, belonging to Brendan Lester. Short was baking out of a private drive when he struck the illegally parked vehicle. No injuries were reported. No citations were issued.

 

Sean Boliard, 18, Springfield, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Theft over $300. Boliard being un-able to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Kevin Jarvis, 22, Waynesville, was arrested and charged with Battery. Jarvis posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Michael Fuller, 57, Wapella, was arrested and charged with Reckless Conduct and Reckless Discharge of Firearm. Fuller posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Troy Walker, 25, Champaign, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery. Walker, being un-able to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

 

Chelse Byors, 25, Champaign, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery. Byors. Byors, being un-able to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

 

Jerry Moyer, 52, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear or Pay for the Conviction of Resisting a Peace Officer. Moyer, being un-able to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

 

 

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
