(Ottawa, IL)  --  President Obama still wants the wealthiest people and companies to pay their fair share of taxes but Republican Congressman Adam Kinzinger says the president's message is contradictory.

While Kinzinger disagrees with raising taxes on the wealthiest companies and people, he says he's in favor of closing most tax loopholes.  He also would lower the corporate tax rate.  Kinzinger says he's glad the President is talking about making Medicare sustainable.
