Travis Ramsey, 19, Bloomington was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Unlawful Delivery. Ramsey, being un-able to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Chadton Winfrey, 21, Champaign IL was arrested on a Champaign County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear. Winfrey posted the necessary bond and was released.
