Heather Hamblen, 19, Kenney, was issued a citation for speeding (41 mph in a 30 mph zone). Hamblen posted her IL. Drivers license as bond and was released.
Chad Tuggle, 38, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Driving Suspended. Tuggle was also issued citations for Driving While License Suspended and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Tuggle posted the necessary bond and was released.
Auguy Lubaga, 38, Champaign, was issued a citation for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle. Lubaga posted his IL Drivers license and was released.
Troy Henery, 42, Hudson, was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Henery posted his IL Drivers License and was released.
Flynn McCartney, 30, Farmer City, was issued a citation for Speeding (73 mph in a 55 mph zone). McCartney posted his IL Drivers License and was released.

Investigation in to the scene of an accident, which occurred at approximately 10:10 p.m. on Friday, September 16, 2011, revealed that a vehicle driven by Brad Walton II , 38, Decatur was traveling northbound on US Highway 51 attempting to pass a vehicle in the left lane. Walton’s vehicle came upon a slower vehicle in the left lane and “locked up his breaks and pulled his steering wheel to the right”, causing the vehicle to swerve and impact the guardrail. Walton’s vehicle received damage to the front bumper, hood and headlights. Walton was transported from the scene and taken to Decatur Memorial Hospital. Walton was issued citations for Improper Overtaking and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Walton posted his IL Drivers License as bond and was released.
Joseph Daniels, 33, Lincoln, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery. Daniels being un-able to post bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.
