Homecoming Week in Monticello

This week was Homecoming week around Monticello.

The benchmark of Homecoming in Monticello is their 12 noon parade around the downtown area. Superintendent of Monticello Schools Dr. Vic Zimmerman feels the parade in Monticello is one of the best in the area. He points out one unique part of the parade, is past graduating classes each have a spot in the parade.

Of course no Homecoming week would be complete without the students of the district having fun through the week, and Monticello schools are no exception. Dr. Zimmerman explains the students put together a week full different themes, gearing up for the parade and football game today.
