Carlos Boozer had 17 points and 11 rebounds and Ronnie Brewer added 17 points to lead Chicago to a dominating 104-64 victory over Memphis.  Derrick Rose added 16 points and six assists, while Luol Deng contributed 11 points for the Bulls, who improved to 4-1 on the season with their third straight win.  Josh Davis and Sam Young both scored 10 points off the bench to lead the Grizzlies.  Chicago guard Richard Hamilton did not play due to a groin injury.  The Bulls close out the short two-game homestand tomorrow against the Atlanta Hawks.
