Steve Spagnuolo [[ spag-NO-loh ]] appears to be on his way out in St. Louis.  According to ESPN, the Rams are set to fire both their head coach and general manager Billy Devaney following Sunday's 34-27 loss to the 49ers.  The Rams finished the season 2-and-14, a year after just missing the playoffs at 7-and-9.  Spagnuolo is 10-and-38 in three seasons as Rams head coach.
