>>#5 Ducks Bury 10th-Ranked Badgers In Rose Bowl

(Pasadena, CA)  --  The fifth-ranked Oregon Ducks scored 10 unanswered points in the fourth quarter en route to a 45-38 victory over number-10 Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl.  It was the Ducks first bowl win under head coach Chip Kelly and the team's first Rose Bowl victory since 1917.  LeMichael James rumbled for 159 yards with a score and D'Anthony Thomas added 155 yards via the ground with two scores for the Ducks, who finished their campaign at 12-and-2.  Lavasier Tuinei [[ luh-VAH-see-ay  TOO-nay ]] had eight catches for 158 yards to go along with two TD's in the win.  Heisman Trophy candidate Montee Ball carried the ball 32 times for 164 yards and a touchdown for Wisconsin in a losing effort.  Jared Abbrederis and Nick Toon each had over 100 yards receiving with a score for the Badgers, who ended their season at 11-and-3.  The 83 combined points was the most in Rose Bowl history.

>>Gators Beat The Buckeyes

(Jacksonville, FL)  --  Florida used a pair of special teams touchdowns to trip up Ohio State in the Gator Bowl, 24-17.  With the game tied at seven, Andre Debose returned a kickoff 99 yards early in the second quarter to put the Gators ahead for good.  Graham Stewart would later return a blocked punt 14 yards for another TD to help Florida finish the year 7-and-6.  Braxton Miller threw two touchdown passes for the Buckeyes, including one in the final minute to make it close.  Former Florida head coach Urban Meyer now officially takes the helm at OSU, which ended the season 6-and-7.

>>Michigan State Pulls Out Triple-OT Win Over Georgia

(Tampa, FL)  --  Anthony White blocked a 47-yard field goal in the third overtime to give 17th-ranked Michigan State a wild 33-30 win over number-16 Georgia in the Outback Bowl.  Dan Conroy's 28-yarder provided the Spartans with the winning margin.  After an interception in the first overtime, Bulldogs kicker Blair Walsh missed a 42-yard field goal wide right that would have won the game.  Le'Veon Bell's one-yard touchdown run wiht 14 seconds left in regulation tied the game for Michigan State, which finished 11-and-3.  Georgia blew a 16-0 halftime lead and ended its season 10-and-4.
