The Clinton Maroons faced off in some Conference action tonight as they played Warrensburg-Latham at home. At the half the Cardinals led 35-23. Coming out into the third quarter the Maroons fought hard to catch back up, but it wasn't an easy task. The Cardinals ended up taking the victory tonight with a final score of 54-49. The Maroons were led by Mitchell Creager who had a total of 21 points throughout the game. Matt Chandler also hit his season career record with 17 points in the game. The Cardinals had three players hit the double digits tonight. Tune in again on Friday for more Maroons action as they head to Shelbyville to take on the Rams at 7 PM.

The JV basketball team took the victory over the Cardinals tonight, led by Mason Dial who had a total of 8 points. Their score was 42-34 and they move to 6-3 on the season.
