(St. Louis, MO)  --  Still waiting on word from Jeff Fisher, the Rams are working on a Plan B to find a new head coach.  The "Post-Dispatch" reports they will interview Saints assistant Aaron Kromer and Panthers offensive coordinator Rob Chudzinksi.  Fisher is deciding between the Rams and Dolphins.

(Indianapolis, IN)  --  The Indianapolis Colts have named Ryan Grigson their new general manager.  Grigson spent the last nine years with the Philadelphia Eagles, becoming director of player personnel in 2010.  He takes over a football operations that had been headed by Bill Polian the last 14 years.  Polian and his general manager son, Chris, were fired last week after the Colts finished 2-and-14.
