Rifle Association Buys Gun For Single Mother

The Champaign County Rifle Association is helping an 18-year old single mother protect her family.  Sarah McKinley shot and killed a man who broke into her Blanchard, Oklahoma home on New Year's Eve.  Police took her shotgun for evidence but the Rifle Association says they don't want the teenaged mother to be without protection.  They say she's been though a lot in the last few months.  She lost her husband to cancer on Christmas day, just one week before the incident at her home.  The CCRA raised 500 dollars and bought her a new shotgun, which she has already picked up.
