A new report says Chicagoland has the most gangs in the U.S. Chicago Crime Commission President Jody Weis [[ WEES ]] says there are 70 known gangs in the region with over 150-thousand members.

The Crime Commission also believes gangs spread propaganda on social media websites, including setting up events and planning retaliation. However, social media websites are also helping police keep track of gang movements.
