House Minority Leader Tom Cross says Governor Quinn refuses to tackle the biggest issues in the state.

Cross says Quinn doesn't understand the gravity of the problems that face the state.  Quinn wants to abolish the natural gas tax, extend a child tax to parents, provide tax relief to businesses that hire benefits, among other things this year.  Republicans say the state can't afford to pay for any new programs.
