According to the "St. Louis Post-Dispatch," the Rams have named Les Snead their new general manager.  Snead replaces Billy Devaney, who was fired in January.  Snead was formerly with the Atlanta Falcons as their director of player personnel.  He was with Atlanta for 13 seasons.  The Rams are scheduled to make the move official on Monday.
