Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred at approximately 12:38 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, revealed that a vehicle driven by Danielle Glover, 15, Carbondale, was traveling south on Idlewood Road nearing the curve that becomes Old Silo Road when it went into the ditch on the southside of the roadway. The vehicle was driven from the scene and no injuries were reported.

Howard Followell, 70, Clinton, was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Followell posted his IL Drivers license as bond and was released.

Keenan Hawkins, 18, Farmer City, was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Hawkins posted his IL Drivers license as bond and was released.

Cody Fry, 22, Normal, was issued a citation for Speeding (77 mph in a 55 mph zone). Fry posted his IL Drivers license as bond and was released.

David Davis, 44, Hammond, was issued a citation for Speeding (71 mph in a 55 mph zone). Davis posted his IL Drivers license as bond and was released.

Andrew Oliver, 31, Decatur, was issued a citation Speeding (72 mph in a 55 mph zone). Oliver posted the necessary bond and was released
