Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning reportedly had a fourth procedure on his neck last year. "Sports Illustrated.com" is reporting that number-18 had the fourth procedure after his May 23rd surgery to fix a bulging disk but before his neck fushion surgery on September 9th. Manning, who turns 36 in March, missed all of last season with the neck issues. The Colts owe Manning a $28-million roster bonus by March 8th or else he will become an unrestricted free agent.
