The Illinois Farm Bureau ACTIVATOR today announced its’ endorsement of State Representative Chapin Rose’s Candidacy for the 51st Senate district.  Kevin Semlow, Illinois Farm Bureau Director of State Legislation and Sectary of the ACTIVATOR committee says Rose has been great for production agriculture.  He stands up on controversial issues and backs us.

DeWitt County Farm Bureau President and Farmer City resident Tom Hieronymus commented says Rose has got a 100% Farm Bureau rating and is dependable.

Rose thanked the members of the ACTIVATOR committee and said the 51st Senate District represents ten counties that contain some of the best farm ground in the world. He appreciates the support of the Farm Bureau ACTIVATOR.  Having grown up in central Illinois, Rose explains he understands that the farming community plays a vital role in the economic health of our state.  In fact, agriculture is Illinois’ single largest jobs sector and he's very proud to support agriculture and the jobs it creates.
