Katrina Gramagna, 28, Decatur, was issued citations for Driving While License Suspended and Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Gramagna posted the necessary bond and was released.

Brian Burns, 28, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding (74 mph in a 55 mph zone). Burns was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Michael Myers, 32, Springfield, was issued a citation for Speeding (81 mph in a 55 mph zone). Myers posted his IL Drivers license as bond and was released.
