Weldon Springs will be the home to a new restaurant opening up.

Scott Williamson Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce President and owner and operator of Clinton’s oldest restaurant, The Shack, is proud to announce that in May he will be opening the Clinton area’s newest eatery. Pinky’s, located at Weldon Springs State Park, will be the
place to “sit down, relax and pig out.” Williamson explains the place is named after his dad.

Williamson says some of his staff at The Shack will be going over to Pinky's to help start things out. Pinky's will be a seasonal restaurant which will allow him to hire seasonal staff, something he currently does not do at The Shack.
