Governor Pat Quinn is in Washington D.C today. He's attending the Brazil-U.S. Partnership for the 21st Century conference. While he's there he'll meet with the President of Brazil, Dilma Rousseff. Quinn says he's looking at the Southern American country as a marketplace for more exports. He says the growing economy makes Brazil attractive, plus the nation will host the World Cup in 2014 and Summer Olympics in 2016. Brazil is Illinois fifth largest trading partner.
