Governor Quinn says Illinois has a special relationship with Brazil when it comes to exports.

Governor Quinn says he’s looking to partner with Brazil in their effort to have over 100-thousand students study in America.

Quinn says he wants to strengthen Illinois’ relationship with Brazil.  He cites the countries growing economy as one reason to keep things on good terms.  Quinn met with the President of Brazil yesterday in Washington D.C.
