Derrick Rose had 24 points and nine assists as the Bulls outlasted the Pistons in overtime, 100-94, on Sunday at The Palace.  Joakim Noah added 20 points and 17 rebounds for Chicago, which is three-and-a-half games ahead of the Heat for the top spot in the East.  Carlos Boozer chipped in with 15 points and nine boards in the win.  The Bulls are right back on the court this evening to host the Washington Wizards at the United Center.
