Jose Canseco is back in baseball. The former American League MVP has signed with the Independent League Worcester Tornadoes. The team is part of the Canadian-American Association of Professional Baseball and has no connection to Major League Baseball. The 47-year-old last played in the majors with the Chicago White Sox in 2001. Canseco became one of the central figures in baseball's steroids scandal, releasing a book that named numerous alleged offenders.
