Kyle Busch continued his dominance in the spring at Richmond International Speedway on Saturday night by winning the Capital City 400.  Busch beat Tony Stewart off the pits after a late-race caution to take over first.  Dale Earnhardt Jr. finished second in the race, passing Stewart on the final restart with nine laps to go.  Stewart settled for third place followed by Denny Hamlin and Kasey Kahne.  Busch picked up his 24th career Sprint Cup victory and his first since August of 2011 at Michigan.
