The Chicago Bulls are in the City of Brotherly Love this evening for Game Three of their Eastern Conference quarterfinal matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers at the Wells Fargo Center.  The Bulls suffered a 109-92 setback in Game Two on Tuesday to leave the Windy City with the best-of-seven set tied at one game apiece.  The series stays in Philly for Game Four on Sunday.
