A University of Illinois student is in stable condition after losing her foot in a train accident.  Police say the student hopped on a parked train with a friend around five this morning, hoping to spray graffiti.  But the pair wasn't expecting the train to take off.  When it did, they jumped from the train but the student's foot got caught underneath.  It was completely severed in the incident.  She underwent surgery and is in stable condition.
