The acting warden at the Pontiac Correctional Center has been placed on administrative leave.  Randy Pfister was scheduled to appear in Livingston County Court this afternoon for a bond hearing on a charge of unlawful restraint.  An Illinois Department of Corrections spokeswoman says Pfister is being investigated by Illinois State Police and the Livingston County State's Attorney.
