Jeffrey Ulozas, 31, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding (62 mph in a 45 mph zone). Ulozas posted his Illinois Drivers license as bond and was released.

Brian Kocher, 19, Henry, was issued a citation for Speeding (61 mph in a 45 mph zone). Kocher, posted his Illinois Drivers license as bond and was released.

Connell Joyner, 56, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding (73 mph in a 55 mph zone). Joyner posted his AAA card as bond and was released.

Joseph White Jr, 34, Purcell, OK, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant Charging him with Failure to Pay or Appear. White posted the necessary bond and was released.

Blake Mariani, 22, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear. Mariani being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.
