>>Devils Host Kings In Stanely Cup Game One

(Newark, NJ)  --  The puck drops on the Stanley Cup Final tonight.  The New Jersey Devils host the Los Angeles Kings in Game One of the best-of-seven series at the Prudential Center.  Backed by the league's all-time winningest goalie in 40-year-old Martin Brodeur, the Devils are seeking their fourth Stanley Cup title overall and first since 2003.  As the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference, New Jersey beat Florida, Philadelphia and the New York Rangers to reach the Final.  The Kings lost to the Montreal Canadiens in their only prior Stanley Cup Final appearance in 1993.  As the eighth seed in the West this year, Los Angeles has riden the hot goaltending of netminder Jonathan Quick to playoff wins over the top three seeds, Vancouver, St. Louis and Phoenix.  The Devils beat LA in two meetings during the regular season, but both took place back in October.
