Mark Stone, 41, Kenney, was issued a citation for Driving Under Influence and Improper Lane Usage. Stone was issued a notice to appear and was released.

 

Christopher Tatro, 22, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding (60 mph in a 45 mph zone). Tatro promised to comply and was released.

 

Jayson Diehl, 30, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Obstructing Justice/Destroy Evidence, Criminal Trespass to Vehicle, Criminal Damage Property <$300, Theft/Stolen/Intent/>$100K, Driving Under Influence/Alcohol. Diehl being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

 

Jennifer Gaden, 20, Bloomington, was arrested and charged with Consumption Of Liquor/Minor. Gaden posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Louis Gill, 21, Bloomington, was arrested and charged with Contributing Delinquency Minor. Gill posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Olivia Venecia, 20, Bloomington, was arrested and charged with Consumption Of Liquor/Minor. Venecia posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Nathan Robinson, 19, Weldon, was arrested and charged with Consumption Of Liquor/Minor. Robinson posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Tabitha Spelde, 20, Mazon, was arrested and charged with Consumption Of Liquor/Minor. Spelde posted the necessary bond and was released.

Ashley Toberman, 20, Decatur, was arrested and charged with Consumption Of Liquor/Minor. Toberman posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred at approximately 08:45 p.m. on Thursday, June 28, revealed that a vehicle driven by Nikki Eades, 20, Clinton, was traveling southbond on US 51 and was attempting to turn into Clinton on US Business 51. While turning, Eades lost control of her motorcycle and laid down on its left side causing damage to the left handle bar and slight scratches on the plastic cover. Eades received slight scratches to her back and left elbow, but nothing major. Eades was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. The motorcycle was towed from the scene.

 

 

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
