St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Matt Holliday is headed to next week's All-Star Game in Kansas City. National League manager Tony La Russa has named Holliday as a replacement on the NL roster for Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina. Molina has been placed on the bereavement list. It will be the sixth All-Star appearance for Holliday.
