Patty Smith, 47, Wapella, was issued a citation for No Valid Driver’s License. Smith was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Joshua Ramsey, 25, Farmer City, was arrested and charged with Contempt of Court. Ramsey being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
