The NCAA will hold a news conference this morning to announce "corrective and punitive" measures for Penn State. ESPN is reporting that this morning's announcement will be "significant." Yahoo! reports Penn State will be hit with a multi-year bowl ban and will lose scholarships. NCAA president Mark Emmert said last week that major sanctions, including the so-called "death penalty," were still on the table for Penn State.
