(Springfield, IL)  --  It's still uncertain, but Illinois House members might take up a bill next month to restructure pensions for state workers and lawmakers.  They'll return to work on August 17th to vote on whether to expel indicted Representative Derrick Smith of Chicago.  The measure was passed by the state Senate before lawmakers adjourned on May 31st.
