It looks like top prospect Shelby Miller is on his way to St. Louis.  The Post-Dispatch is reporting that the Cardinals are expected to promote the right-handed pitcher from Triple-A Memphis to the big league club sometime this week.  Miller is expected to help the club out of the bullpen.  He is 7-and-2 with a 2.88 ERA in 10 starts with the Redbirds since the Triple-A All-Star break.
