Rory McIlroy fired an eight-under 64 to grab a share of the lead after the opening round of the BMW Championship. McIlroy, coming off his PGA Championship win last week, is joined by Webb Simpson, Bo Van Pelt and Graham DeLaet atop the leaderboard. Tiger Woods is tied with Vijay Singh for fifth place at seven-under.
