Bears quarterback Jay Cutler is clearing the air about an awkward encounter with offensive coordinator Mike Tice that was caught on national T.V. during Monday night's 34-18 rout at Dallas. Tice moved over to sit next to Cutler on the bench and the signal-caller walked away as the coach attempted to speak. Cutler dismissed the situation as anything more than tempers flaring in the heat of the moment. The Vanderbilt product was upset about not converting on a third-and-one, but says there is no rift between the two and that they quickly got back on the same page. Cutler threw for 275 yards and two touchdowns as the Bears improved to 3-and-1 on the season.
