ISU Star RB Breaks Hand

Illinois State running back Darrelynn Dunn broke his hand in last week's 34-31 Missouri Valley Conference victory at South Dakota.

Illinois State football coach Brock Spack confirmed Dunn's injury on Tuesday.

Spack says whether Dunn plays in Saturday's homecoming game against Southern Illinois will be a game-time decision.

Dunn leads the Redbirds with 533 yards and nine touchdowns. He ranks fourth in the MVC with a 105.8 yards per game average and has logged more than 100 yards in 4 of the first five games.
