Illinois is one of 23 states that received tainted steroid shots from a Massachusetts pharmacy.  Health officials say 35 people across the nation have contracted meningitis, six have died.   All of them had recently received an injection of the contaminated steroid shot to treat back pain.  So far no one in Illinois has been infected.  The drug has been recalled.
