Family and friends are saying their final goodbyes to a southern Illinois teenager who authorities say died after accidentally shooting himself at a friend's house.

Massac County authorities say 15-year-old Lane Wolfe of Metropolis sustained a gunshot wound to the head Sunday. Four older teenagers were at the house at the time.

Investigators say toxicology screenings of the Massac County High School student's blood are pending.

Services were to be at 2 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church in Metropolis, followed by burial in Sterling Church Cemetery in Brookport.
