Alabama Stays Atop BCS Rankings

The Alabama Crimson Tide are once again the number-one team in the BCS Standings.  The Kansas State Wildcats also stayed put in the standings at number-two.  The Oregon Ducks jumped the Notre Dame Fighting Irish for third.  The Georgia Bulldogs round out the top-five.  It's the first time in 40 consecutive weeks that Boise State is not in the top-25 of the BCS Standings.  UCLA shot up to number-18, while Rutgers, Northwestern and Toledo also moved into the top-25.  The top two teams in the final standings will meet on January 7th, 2013 in the BCS National Championship Game.
