Maryland is leaving the ACC to join the Big Ten.  The university made the announcement yesterday.  Rutgers is expected to follow the Terrapins to the Big Ten and leave the Big East.  Maryland's arrival gives the Big Ten 13 member schools.  The Terps tenure in the Big Ten will start July 1st, 2014.
