The 13th ranked Fighting Illini will put their perfect 9-0 record on the line Saturday night as they battle tenth ranked Gonzaga in Spokane, Washington. The Illini are coming off a 72-64. Brandon Paul leads the Illini in scoring with almost 18 points a game tweeted Wednesday "Now watching our game against Butler...we played hard this game, gotta bring the same intensity with us on Saturday". This will by far be the biggest test for Illinois to this point in their season. Gonzaga is also 9-0 and coming off a 71-69 win at Washington State. They're led by Elias Harris with almost 17 points a game and 7-foot forward Kelly Olynyk with almost 14 points per game.
