The Clinton Maroons and Shelbyville Rams will face off today at the Conseco Fieldhouse in downtown Indianapolis. The past few seasons the two Okaw Valley teams have played their conference opener in the Hoosier state. The Maroons are coming off a thrilling 47-46 victory over Hartsburg-Emden last Friday.

The lady Maroons will start the day off with their game tipping at 11 am central time. The Boys game will follow at just before 1 pm central time. You can hear the boys game on The Big 1520 AM and 92.3 FM WHOW and online at dewittdailynews.com.

The JV and freshman boys and girls teams will also see some action on the floor the Indiana Pacers play on before the Pacers home game tonight.

The teams will have the opportunity to also stay for that game as the Pacers finish off a mini two-game homestand tonight against the Denver Nuggets. Indiana has won two in-a-row and four of its last five to improve to 10-and-9.
