Cowboys' Brent's Attendance Surprised Owner, Coach

The attendance of Cowboys defensive tackle Josh Brent at Sunday's game against the Steelers was apparently a surprise to owner Jerry Jones and head coach Jason Garrett.  ESPN Dallas reports Garrett didn't even know Brent would be at the game until pregame warmups.  Brent is on the reserved non-football injury list after he was charged with intoxication manslaughter two weeks ago.  He was the driver in the car crash that killed teammate Jerry Brown, the two were teammates at Illinois.  Brent reportedly attended the game at the urging of his teammates.  The Cowboys were criticized on the broadcast for having Brent on the sidelines during the game.
