Authorities in Champaign County say they've arrested a 47-year-old Urbana man who was allegedly in possession of several pounds of marijuana.

A judge set Cary Kallembach's bond at $100,000 Tuesday and that Kallembach is expected to return to court Wednesday.

He was being held in jail on a preliminary charge of possession with intent to deliver more than 5,000 grams of marijuana following his arrest by Champaign County Sheriff's deputies.

The paper says that the sheriff's department declined to provide any details of the investigation, but that the charge for which Kallembach was arrested on Monday indicates he was in possession of more than 11 pounds of marijuana.
